Return Policy and Order Cancellations
You may return or exchange artwork (ColorJOY! Canvas Editions or Original Paintings) within 14 days of receiving it (except for sale items, merchandise, and custom orders—see below). To make a return or exchange, please visit Exchange Art or contact us at support@dorothyfagan.com.
Returns
Items may be returned for a refund of the purchase price only; shipping charges will not be refunded. You will receive your refund in the same form of payment used to place your order. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
Your replacement order will not be mailed until we receive your return. There are no additional shipping fees for replacement orders. If your exchange costs more than the original order, you must pay the difference. If your exchange costs less than the original order, you will receive Dorothy Fagan Fine Arts credit for the difference.
How to Return or Exchange an Item
Sale Items
Items marked as "sale" may not be returned or exchanged for any reason.
Custom Orders
Custom orders cannot be returned unless they are damaged in transit.
Items Damaged in Transit
If your package appears damaged, please email us at support@dorothyfagan.com so we can arrange to have it picked up and inspected. Please retain all of the original packing materials.
ColorJOY! Editions and Original Paintings
The return charge is the actual cost of shipping the artwork. To find out how much your return will cost, we will email you the UPS charge before sending your return lablel.
Once your refund is processed, it may take 7–10 business days for your refund to appear in your payment account. Note that we cannot provide refunds for any items that have been damaged, or altered.You will receive your refund in the same form of payment used to place your order. You will be credited for the price of the item minus the cost of return shipping. Note that the original shipping charges will not be refunded. If your return was a gift, you may choose to receive Dorothy Fagan Fine Arts credit or to have the buyer refunded for the purchase price of the item. If you provided an email address when you ordered, we will notify you of the status of your return via email.
Any order (except sale, special or custom orders) can be canceled before it is shipped. To cancel an order, please email support@dorothyfagan.com. You will receive your refund in the same form of payment used to place your order. Your refund will be processed the next business day, though it may take 7–10 business days for your refund to appear in your payment account.
