Where Dreams Grow Up & Fly

Part of the Jardines del Ninos series, this original painting is created with iridescent paint on linen cotton and felt, then mounted to stretched canvas with velcro. A photo doesn't do justice to how beautifully these radiant colors change in the light as you move. I just can't stop looking at them!

Where Dreams Grow Up & Fly is 14" x 11". The edges are painted black to create a stunning frameless presentation. It is wired and ready to hang ~ but there's something more that you should know about . . .

Inside the hidden pocket, you will find your secret garden in my illustrated Joy's Garden blank journal. The lined pages are watermarked with my lavender field illustrations, cascading from an ancient hilltop monastery in France.

On the last page of the journal is Garden of the Heart, the healing prayer I wrote 25 years ago, which has guided me all these years.  The back cover reads, 'where dreams grow up and fly.' And the line at the end of the prayer ~ is the title of this painting! 

A pocket, like a purse, represents who we are ~ our identity, means, makeup, our baggage and divinity ~ all of it!

So I have attached a chain inside so you can wear your heart like a pocket or purse! The ruby slipper is your reminder that coming home to the Creator within is always a click away.
