How has landscape painting evolved? While artists awe at the magnificence of nature and the changing of seasons, some artists reflect on the concerns for the threat imposed on the landscape in the face of human habitation, industrialization and dwindling natural resources.
Dorothy Fagan has pursued a life-long study of color healing through art, and holds a BFA in Printmaking and Painting from East Carolina University. Recovering from PTSD, she completed a ten-year Mentorship in American Master Painting with Robert Bowers Mayo and has done residencies in France and Italy.
Fagan's art is collected by Musee de La Grande Vigne, France, City University of New York, U Mass Memorial, Boston Children's Hospital, Longwood University Art Museum, and numerous corporate and residential clients across the United States and abroad. Read Full Biography
